15 January 2008: T32 bus line: available for you 24 hours The new EMT (Municipal Transportation Company) T32 bus line is the result of the cooperation between the Madrid City Council and the Regional Transportation Consortium of the Community of Madrid. It is part of a public transportation improvement plan aimed to enlarge public transportation offer to work centres. The new T32 line (former line 88) offers uninterrupted, non-stop service 24 hours a day, every day (except Sundays and official holidays). The bus departs from the Legazpi transportation exchange station and the route runs along Embajadores, and Mercamadrid, to finally reach the Madrid Transportation Center. The advantages brought on by the new T32 bus line are numerous: The mission of the Regional Transportation Consortium of the Community of Madrid is to plan public transportation services and infrastructures to better serve the users travelling throughout the Community of Madrid in terms of offering regular transportation services with greater capacity and quality. On the other hand, the EMT manages public transportation lines within the territory of the Municipality of Madrid and under the umbrella of the regional public transportation system. |
